您将负责的内容：

• 负责BSI中国法人机构的税务职能，包括公司填税、增值税申报、境外交易预扣税事项以及税收优惠申请
• 协调年度法定账户编制、年度纳税申报和年度对讲机交易报告
• 规范、实施和控制必要的员工工资成本核算，确保员工工资成本的准确发布、审查和分析，为必须保持的管理审查和决策编写分析报告
• 协助财务经理改进公司的财务流程和程序，改进工作流程，并确保正确理解和应用这些流程和流程
• 协助财务经理确保月度结算的准确性和及时性，确保上报的财务结果符合公司财务政策和地方法定要求
• 根据地方当局的要求编制纳税报告和财务报表
• 与内部和外部审计师、税务代理、律师和其他代理人就相关事项和报告保持密切联络
• 与马来西亚FSSC密切合作，支持金融转型计划
• 协助财务经理监控和推动业务 KPI，参与预算和预测准备
• 根据需要协助管理层进行临时分析和项目
• 作为业务合作伙伴，跨部门联络

要求：

· 大学会计学位或金融或经济学相关专业

· 理想的候选人将拥有至少5年的累进专业经验，并接触税务运营、会计和财务报告等。

· 专业、积极性强、注重结果、具有专业资格的会计师、审计背景和跨国公司工作经验是一大优势

· 很好地掌握会计原则和地方法规，如税法、公司法、中国公认会计原则和国际财务报告准则

• 成功的候选人具有高度的个人和专业诚信，应表现出在以客户为中心和基于流程的组织中制定***实践的承诺和经验
• 紧迫感和能力推动工作及时完成，能够在压力下工作和保持复原力
• 已证明能够在内部和外部建立相关和有用的联系人
• 自信地制定、交流和提出想法的能力
• 更多的实践经验 SAP 和海离子知识具有明显的优势
• MS办公室应用（卓越、Word、电源点等）的良好工作技能，擅长Excel VBA、电源BI或Python将是一个明显的优势
• 良好的语言和书面沟通技巧和对细节的眼光
• 精通书面和口语普通话和英语

BSI Introduction
