Job description:

Tasks:

r  Build up SCADA system with WinCC / WinCC OA or other software, or with experience of data collection with CNC in MTS field with MDC/DNC

r  As a software engineer, can do the project using PLC.

r  Be familiar with IoT technology & application, it’s better with experience in application & development in IoT gateway

r  Be familiar with Industrial Ethernet, can design Industry Ethernet network on the plant.

r  Use Visual Studio, C# or other programming languages to develop some software or interface on the project.

r  Pre-sale support with customer requirement discussion, proposal design & on-site support, and Project design, development, on-commissioning & document-writing.

r  Operation or maintenance training to customer.

r  It’s better with more digitalization project experience in production line or workshop/plant in industrial filed, like Powertrain & Body Shop of Automobile, Aerospace/Aircraft, Equipment Manufacturing, Power Generator, etc.

Education:

r  Bachelor degree or above;

Knowledge/Languages:

r  Good command of both written and read English.CET-4 or above

r  Have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills

r  Professional use of WinCC or WinCC OA or other configuration software

r  Familiar with Industrial Ethernet and PROFINET/PROFIBUS

r  Familiar with the develop tool of Visual Studio, C#, etc. Familiar with the database of SQL Server or Oracle.

r  Familiar with protocol for data collection or communication, like OPC DA/OPC UA, S7, MQTT, and development tool in IoT, like Node-RED

Experience:

r  At least 2 years working experience, it’s better with 5 years working experience

r  Have finished 3 or more SCADA projects based on WinCC / WinCC OA or data collection project in CNC.

r  Better with experience of data collection with CNC in MTS field

工作职责:

q  运用西门子WinCC / WinCC OA或其它等组态软件进行SCADA系统开发，或者具备MDC或DNC等数控行业数据采集软件应用经验；

q  具有一定的PLC应用知识；

q  了解IoT物流网技术应用，具备物流网网关应用或开发经验为佳；

q  熟悉工业以太网系统，能够设计工厂工业以太网网络；

q  能运用Visual Studio、C#等高级语言进行软件与接口程序开发；

q  客户需求沟通、售前方案制作、现场技术支持和项目设计、开发、现场调试和文档撰写；

q  为用户进行操作与维护保养培训；

q  有一定工业领域生产线或车间数字化项目经验为佳，例如汽车动力总成、汽车整车、航空航天或装备制造、发电/发电等领域信息化项目经验

教育:

q  本科或以上学历

知识/语言:

r  英语国家四级及以上，且具有良好的英语书面及口头表达能力；

r  良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；

r  熟悉WinCC/WinCC OA或其它组态软件；

r  熟悉西门子工业以太网或PROFINET/PROFIBUS网络；

r  熟悉Visual Studio、C#和SQL server、Oracle等数据库的应用与开发；

r  熟悉数据采集和通讯协议，如OPC DA/OPC UA、S7、MQTT；以及IoT领域开发工具，如Node-RED等；

经验:

q  2年以上相关工作经验，5年以上相关工作经验更佳；

q  至少完成3个或以上的基于WinCC / WinCC OA等SCADA软件项目或数控行业数采项目；

q  具备数控行业数采项目经验为佳；
