1. Make Siemens General Motion Control (GMC)product logistics strategy and process, cooperate with the interface from global factories like SNC, SSML, GWE and EWN to support GMC business development

2. Cooperate with SU to make business forecast and communicate with HQ and global company to ensure the market delivery stably. 

3. Handling daily logistics case

4. Continuously improve GMC logistics performance.

？ 制定通用运动控制（GMC）产品物流策略与流程，并与西门子全球工厂合作，对通用运动控制部业务拓展提供物流支持；

？ 与西门子区域合作完成产品预测， 并将产品台套数和金额预测与总部和工厂同步，确保市场交货稳定;

？ 不断提高客户对GMC 物流满意度， 提高产品竞争力

1. Handling daily logistics cases, especially for urgent case and key account customers. 

2. Work with SU interface to make business forecast and communicate with HQ and global

3. Work with interface of global company to improve the FC accuracy and ensure the stably delivery of GMC products;

4. According to the market situation, timely optimize GMC product logistic strategy and process, to keep GMC product competitiveness in market.

5. Regularly communicate with MC HQ and global company.

1. 处理日常的物流事务：紧急物流case协调

2. 与区域业务接口人紧密合作，完成各个产品线台套数和金额的预测， 并及时与总部与工厂沟通

3. 与工厂订单管理和计划排产同事密切合作，提高预测精准度，保证通用运动控制各产品顺利交付

4. 根据市场的变化，制定并调整通用运动控制（GMC）产品的未来物流策略和流程，让GMC产品更有市场竞争力

1. Bachelor or above, electric or industrial automation related background.

2. Logistics of GMC product handling experience is preferred 

3. Good presentation and communication capability

1. 本科及以上学历，电气或自动化相关专业教育背景 

2. 对运动控制产品的物流业务有一定的理解和经验

General Motion Control main products are low voltage converters, 400V and 690V, power range from 1.2Kw to several MW; servo drive and servo motor; gear motor. GMC products are widely used in iron & steel, metal, oil, electrics and battery, textile, logistics, packaging branch etc.
