For business development in servo drive solution business, we are looking for a BD manager with strong sales experience focused on servo drive branch. The main responsibilities are to understand the servo drive solution business market and customer demand, expand the outside customers actively, promote latest products and system solutions of Siemens Motion Control, in-depth industry market research, prepare and execute technical seminars and other market activities

What are my responsibilities?
主要职责
1. 了解 伺服驱动解决方案(行业)市场及客户需求,了解行业发展趋势和动态,行业 OEM及最终客户分布以及业务模式
Understand the servo drive solution business (branch) market and customer needs, understand the industry technology trends, know OEM and end customer distribution and business model
2. 熟悉行业内OEM客户使用的产品,能够针对客户需求完成产品配置;并了解 伺服驱动解决方案 在行业中的应用及市场需求。
Familiar with the products used by customers in the servo drive branch, able to complete product configuration according to customer needs; Understand the servo drive solution business application and market application demand.
3.了解设备工艺,熟悉伺服产品在不同工艺中的应用,能够根据设备的实际使用情况提供清晰的控制系统和解决方案。
Understand the equipment process, be familiar with the application of servo drive products in different processes and be able to provide total system solutions according to the actual use of the equipment.
4. 拜访客户,了解客户的业务构成,完成客户的业务透明度分析,并给出业务开发计划
Visit customers, understand the business composition, complete the customer business transparency analysis
5.了解行业技术发展新动向,开拓行业新客户,支持区域销售赢得客户订单
Understand the new orientation of the industry development, develop new customers, support regional sales to win customer orders
6. 深入行业市场调研,准备和执行技术研讨会及支持展会等市场活动
In-depth industry market research, prepare and implement technical seminars and workshop, support marketing activities such as Fair, Conference, etc.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
能力要求
Over 5 years experience industry control products, and over 3 years service experience in servo drive product, and deep understanding of related branch process and equipment, more commission experience is priority
Be familiar with Siemens motion control products, like Simotion, T-CPU and S120, etc.
Good at logic and structured thinking, analyzing and communicating, important one is learning skill
Bachelor or above of Automation, mechatronics or Electrical system, and often travel
1. 5年以上的工控经验,3年以上的伺服驱动产品的使用经验,对相关行业的工艺和设备有较深的理解,有丰富的工程调试经验优先考虑,
2. 熟悉西门子Simotion, 1500T, S120等控制和驱动产品的优先考虑。
3. 有不错的沟通能力,思路清晰,逻辑性强,工作有激情,学习能力强,
4. 英语听、说、读、写、有一定要求。
5. 自动化、电气、机电一体化及相关专业,本科及以上学历
6. 能够适应一定的国内出差
