Job Title:

Seniorspecialist & Project manager of Social media communications of Digitalmarketing

Main Responsibilities:

· Support to design and implement socialmedia (paid & organic) communications/marketing strategies to reach,engage, convert and retain target audiences based on brand strategy andbusiness needs.

· Social media communications contentdevelopment – creation of audience-driven content for various social mediaplatforms and adaptation of content from centralized content team.

· Independently design, execute andown creative social media/digital marketing campaigns and initiatives togenerate brand awareness, grow up channels, drive top of funnel traffic andengagement.

· Keep exploring new digital/socialmedia platforms/applications.

· Leverage and analyze “big data” fromsocial listening, campaign tracking, competitive monitoring, media to exploredeep-insights of consumers, to improve planning.

· Manage team budget and able toprioritize projects to meet team objectives.

· Recruit digital/social mediaagencies to support programs, campaigns and community management.

· Strong mindset to drive businessvalue via exploring social CRM/leads generation/Influencer engagement, andother new digital tactics.

Basic Qualifications:

· 4-6 years of marketing experience,with hands on experience in social/digital communications/marketing.

· A smart creative with strategicthinking, curiosity, priority-setting and self-motivation.

· B2B industry know-how and experiencewill be a plus.

· Strong project management skillswhen working in virtual team across functions.

· Excellent social media contentwriting.

· Excellent written and oralcommunication skills in English and mandarin.

· Must be a strong team player withmulti-task capability.
