What are my responsibilities?

• Intensive training/coaching ofdepartment members employee for product / commercial knowledge/process toensure economic technical solution with efficiency way
• Planning and forecast: Responsiblefor the top-down strategic & financial planning to be implemented in thedepartment, reliable business plans and strategies drawn up to ensurefulfilment of the plans.
• Offer: Take the full responsibilityto the on-time, qualified, profit offer with LoA and signature mandatory. Theoffers are to be aligned with customer request, include clear definitions ofscope of works offered, delivery point and terms, & specificationclarifications and deviations. Etc.
• Offer: Win/loss feedback analysissummary and make the competitive price based on market level and profit
• PM: To lead PM to manage the assignedprojects according to the company’s project management regulations. To coachand support the team member. To cooperate the company’s project management, andsubmit the problems and questions were found during the practicing, make changeclaim to increase the EBIT, make NCC and lesson learning for project execution.To cooperate with the process’s amendment and the upgrade. And then, to be responseto implement the new process into the department’s head.
• EE: In order to ensure the cabinet tomeet the related regulation and customer's requirement , lead electrical teamcooperate with PM and offer team, and support offer to get the new order, savingcost and lesson learning during the execution phase, In order to improve theengineer's related knowledge, build upknowledge platform, so as to improve the efficiency of getting knowledge, toimplement the new process into the department’s head.
• Support commercial department do theforecast on NO and OI, and asset management
• Relate KPI

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Technologies:

1) Knowledgeof SFAE products and applications,understanding of depth of production requirements

2) Knowledgeof relevant manufacturing processes, identification of manufacturingtechnologies which add value, & improve cost effectiveness.

3) Knowledgeof related manufacturing technologies, identification of output improvementopportunities.

4) Knowledgeof quality control and workmanship technologies, identification of outputquality

Methodologies:

1) Leadingpeople & teams, to ensure timely deliveries with acceptable quality and harmoniousrelations on shop floor

2) Timemanagement & delegation techniques

ProfessionalKnowledges:

1) Knowledgeof business conduct guidelines including compliance rules to ensure complianceto internal regulations, local government regulations and laws

2)Understanding of business drivers, and methodologies, proactive positioningrelative to demand

3)Understanding of planning & financial processes within Siemens, to ensurethe proper reporting to regional corporate functions
