Job Description

1. Steering business development of responsible area (SMH application), including new business opportunity development.，support for new products developments;

主导所负责领域（物料运输行业）的业务发展，包括新业务机会的开发，协作新产品的研发；

2. Steering customer projects from kick-off to SOP;

主导客户项目从样机阶段到量产;

3. Technical support, problem solving and internal/external training;

技术支持，问题解决和内部/外部培训;

4. Market analysis, strategy making, new product/system promotion.

市场分析，策略制定，新产品和系统的推广。

Qualifications

1. Understand mobile application as system and component base;

熟悉工程机械应用，包括系统和元件层面；

2. Understand the mechanism of key hydraulic products, like pump, MCV, Gearbox etc.;

熟悉核心液压件的构造原理，比如主泵，主阀,， 减速机等;

3. Capability of market study, making a strategy and business promotion;

具备一定的市场研究，策略制定和业务推广的能力；

4. Fluent English skill (speaking and writing);

熟练的英语交流和读写能力；

5. Skill of Good communication and team work and cross department cooperation. Willingness to take a responsibility and proactive attitude;

良好的沟通和团队协作能力及跨部门合作能力, 具有强的责任心和积极主动态度；

6. Willingness to travel frequently and visit customers.

愿意接受频繁的出差和客户拜访。
