Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for supplier assessment, enabling and development in China-wide, Support supplier carry out continuously improvement.Based on purchasing quality and commodities including electro-mechanical parts and sub-supplier management .负责基于PUQ5的供应商审核和发展，支持供应商进行持续改进。 负责物料包括机械电子部件及次级供应商管理。

Job Responsibilities:

? Supplier qualification on electro-mechanical process to support running project;支持进行中项目提高供应商能力
? Supplier audit for new vendor release and/or continuous process improvement;供应商审核
? Supplier development for supplier in serial production;量产供应商发展
? Preparation of material field specific requirements; 准备物料组规范
? Systematical problem solving and shopfloor claim handling support质量问题系统解决，协助现场投诉处理
? Q-focus program implementation 执行焦点供应商管理
? Take preventive measures at key sub-supplier.针对次级供应商的预防性措施
? Support on cost reduction and new design concept for MPP project.MPP项目降成本及新设计支持

Qualifications

? Education: Bechelor;？ Master degree or above is preferred.？ 本科或以上学历;硕士及以上优先。
? Minium 5 years of purchasing experience and 2 years of quality management in mechanical industry. 五年以上机械工业的采购经验以及2年以上质量管理经验。
? Rich Experience in various kinds of electric component and chinese machining field's status. 对不同电子部件及加工行业状况有丰富经验 ？
? Rich Experience in electro-mechanics process. (machine, tooling, fixture, better with inspection knowledge) 对机械电子有丰富经验。(设备,程序,工装,刀具, ***兼具测量知识)
? Familiar with ISO9001/TS16949/QS9000/VDA6.3 quality management system and tools.熟悉ISO9001/TS16949/QS9000/VDA6.3等质量管理体系和工具。
? Knowledge of Q-Methods, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D？ 熟悉质量管理方法APQP, PPAP, FMEA,
? SPC, MSA, 8D ？
? Good communication skill in hard and complex situation & interpersonal relationship.在复杂和艰难情况下的良好的沟通技巧和人际关系。 ？
? Proficiency in English。熟练英语说，写。
? Japanese language would be a plus ***具备日语沟通技能
? Very good soft skills (Authentic, teamwork, sociable, organization ability, self-reliant, self-dependent ,team work player良好的软性技巧(可信赖、团队合作、亲和力、组织能力、独立工作)
? Ability to work under pressure能在压力下工作。
? Willingness to frequent travel 愿意经常出差。
