WHO YOU ARE

Qualifications 

Bachelor or above degree in accounting relevant;

Relevant cashier working experience will be a plus, commercial real estate is preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

Work carefully and seriously and high sense of responsibility;

Good communication skill with team spirit;

A good learner, flexible and adaptable;

Good computer skill especially in MS office software, especial Outlook, Excel & Word.

General condition:

As an important role of business control department, cashier must have excellent professional ethics, strict compliance with the relevant regulations and company rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide professional financial service to tenants;

Issue taxation invoice / receipt according to timeline;

Collect money based on daily operational business requirements; 

Prepare monthly collection reports for door card deposit / penalty / coupons etc.;

Monthly cash counting and cashier room password management work;

Other ad hoc work.
