Major Responsibilities:

·When customers come to the store to experience the makeup service of Hermes, provide customers with the makeup experience, and establish a long-term and good relationship with customers

在顾客到店体验爱马仕的彩妆服务时，为顾客提供彩妆体验，与顾客建立长期、良好的关系；

·Help the whole team to learn more beauty knowledge and skills, participate in makeup training, and guide other sales associates

帮助整个团队学习更多美妆知识及技巧，参与彩妆品类培训，并指导其他销售代表；

·Executes sales plans and participates in marketing events and promotion programs

执行销售计划并能参与市场活动及促销计划

·Participate in beauty events, salons and other activity of the company, to improve customer loyalty and achieve team goals.

参与公司的彩妆活动、沙龙以及其他项目，提高顾客忠诚度，完成团队目标。

·Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Capabilities:

·At least 5 years of relevant experience in cosmetics industry or in similar capacity

至少五年美妆相关行业经验

·Have professional beauty makeup skills, skilled beauty service sense and aware of beauty makeup trend

有专业的美妆技巧，熟练的美妆服务技能，对美容彩妆趋势较为了解

·Passion in retail industry with good selling skills 

对零售行业充满热情及良好的销售技巧

·Likes fashion and appreciates quality products

热爱时尚及高品质的产品

·Excellent communication skill and fluent in Mandarin
