As a Drug Analysis Platform Researcher, you will participate in the R&D work of biological drugs, cellular drugs, and Chinese Traditional Medicine, and will also participate in new project establishment and related analysis and testing work.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for drug analysis research methodology development and experimental result testing with HPLC and MALDI-TOF/TOF mass spectrometry.
2. According to the company's development direction, be responsible for recording and sorting out experimental data of new drug projects, assisting in the compliance testing of analytical experiments involved in each project, timely reporting problems in the experiment, and writing experimental progress reports and related SOPs.
3. Other tasks as assigned by the project supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, major in pharmaceutical analysis, traditional Chinese medicine analysis, or other related majors;
2. SCI Literature reading skills, English reading, and writing skills, experience in the development of biological medicine/Chinese medicine quality standards are preferred.
3. Self-motivated, active at work, enjoy lab experiments.

Desired Characteristics ：

1. Experience in TCM or Biological Medicine R&D is preferred;
2. High-profile research paper and patent as the first author or co-first author.

作为一名药物分析平台研究人员，你将参与公司包括生物药，细胞药以及中药研发项目中的分析研究工作，同时也会参与部门新项目立项及相关实验的设计工作。

岗位职责：

1. 负责公司内涉及到高效液相色谱，MALDI-TOF/TOF质谱检测的药物分析研究方法学开发和实验结果检测等；
2. 根据公司发展方向，负责进行新药项目实验数据的记录和整理，协助各项目中涉及到分析实验的合规检测，及时反映实验中出现的问题，撰写实验进度报告和相关SOP；
3. 主管分配的其他任务。

任职要求：

1. 硕士及以上学历，药物分析、中药分析或其它相关专业；
2. 文献查阅能力强，英文读写能力优秀，有生物药/中药质量标准研发经验的优先；
3. 计划性好，执行力优异，团队合作能力强；

优先录取：

1. 具有中药复方/生物药研发经验优先；
2. 有***作者或共一作者的高水平科研论文及专利发明经验优先。
