Global Manufacturing Operations Rotational Program

At SPX FLOW we are committed to bringing high potential early career talent into our team.  Our rotational leadership program can provide you a life-changing experience and jumpstart your career.  Our rotational program will give you the unique advantage of seeing our company through several different locations and team cultures; giving you a competitive advantage and fast track to leadership roles.

You will gain valuable experience working alongside company leaders, on key business projects, while developing skills to springboard your career.  Our rotational program is created around hiring the best and most talented individuals ; while SPX FLOW provides the means for you to continuously learn, be challenged, mentored and successful.  Our  Rotational Program is the premier entry-point in SPX FLOW.  In addition to the challenging assignments and training on program, during the rotation you will have exposure to senior leaders, and the chance for rotations both domestically and internationally. 

  At the conclusion of each rotation you will have the opportunity to present to senior leadership at your site, and at the culmination of the 2-year program (3, 8-month rotations) you will present to our Chief Executive Council; which includes our CEO.  These rotations will provide you with a “Big Picture” view of the Corporation; while at the same time offers hands-on experiences that aim to sharpen your technical and leadership skills.

  Mentorship and networking opportunities
• Interaction with senior leaders
• Rotation Tracks have been developed to provide a path for associates to follow as they progress from one rotation to the next. The paths are intended to ensure that rotationals are exposed to different areas and functions.
• formal training to foster development of transferable skills. Building foundational leadership capabilities, increasing technical and functional skills.
• Receive mentoring and coaching informally through a variety of sources
• Project Management

• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Education

• You should currently be pursuing an Bachelor’s degree in one of the following (Or similar): Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials engineering etc.
• Have a 3.0 Major GPA
• Have an anticipated graduation date June 2021
