Job Description

    

    

1.     Facilitating the Sales & Operation Planning process for export business from China.

    

2.     Handling all the communication regarding sales quotation, order procedure, factory audit, inspection arrangement, shipment booking and application payment.

    

3.     Coordinating with China suppliers and overseas customers for orders and internal process. Take responsibility for quotation and contract procedure

    

4.     Supporting business opportunities from sales team and offer all necessary assistance, providing support for the order confirmation, tracking each step status and keep update.

    

5.     Having a clear understanding regarding export / import procedures, RFQ, Logistic process & terms and requirement of the destination market.

    

6.     Sourcing strategy implementation, follow related category sourcing strategy and apply to business based on needs and tools, and excellent execution

    

    

7.     Identify the potential supply risk and take pro-active to avoid the loss for customers. Have a strong risk consciousness.

    

    

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree major in international trade / economic / marketing
2. More than 5 years’ experience in various procurement functions, global sourcing or supply chain operations could be a value plus.
3. 2-3 years’ experience abroad, or international company is preferred, and the capability to negotiate and to operate in different cultures

                

4.     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team worker and sensitive for cultural differences.

    

5.     Good Chinese and English communication skills both verbal and written

    

6.     Strong working knowledge of operations processes.
