岗位职责：
1、负责完成公司每年下达的年度销售业绩指标；
2．负责新老客户的开发与维护及日常沟通工作；
3、负责销售团队的日常管理与建设工作；
4、负责与公司各部门协同配合完成订单各环节工作。
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历；3年以上市场营销相关工作经验，有办公家具工作经验者优先；
2、工作认真负责，能吃苦，亲和力好，沟通能力强，对客户开发和维护有独特的见解；
3、有较强的市场营销及拓展能力，具备销售团队管理经验；
4、有团队合作精神，英语听说读写流利。
薪资待遇
完成绩效考核指标后年收入在20万元以上
Responsibilities
1.Responsible for achieving annual sales targets assigned by the company.
2.Responsible for client development and maintenance.
3.Responsible for the daily management of a sales team.
4.Responsible for the department's coordination in accordance with the executive orders.
Requirements
1.Bachelor's Degree or above, above 3 years sales experience, preferably in office furniture area;
2.Conscientious and responsible, hard-working, good interpersonal skills, with superior knowledge of customer development and maintenance.
3.Good sales and marketing development abilities, experienced in team management.
4.Should have both good independent work ability as well as team work spirit, fluent in English.
Salary
Above 20K after achieving annual sales target.
