岗位职责

1.负责公司自用货车的管理，包括但不限于车辆及设备的采购，协调车辆保养、年检、修理、更换手续、车辆事故处理、保险理赔等事宜，监督车辆合格证和驾驶证等。

2. 管理运输的运行和质量控制，包括但不限于日常配送任务分配、合理选择车型、优化路线、跟踪记录配送各节点情况、安全驾驶培训、系统维护、问题解决与反馈等

3.协助制定并落实标准化的运输SOP，并提供团队培训，确保按照规范流程服务团队的仓储和运输需求

4. 负责现场货物清点、差异跟踪和装车时间控制，跟踪货物的交货情况

5. 确保所有仓库工具和设备的正常运行, 同时落实仓库运营设备的例行检查和维护

6.运力等日常工作管理，提高工作效率，降低运营成本

7.其他分配任务

 

任职资格

1. 具备5以上仓储、运输和车辆管理&车队管理经验。扎实的知识和丰富的物流和供应链知识。

2. 熟悉交通运输行业政策，具备独立处理、分析各类车务事宜的能力；

3. 能够理解各种形式的指令和安排。能够根据业务需求编辑和制定排班计划和配送计划

4. 具备B2级以上驾照优先考虑；

5. 熟悉word、Excel、PPT等日常办公软件；

6. 良好的服务意识和团队精神，良好的组织、沟通、表达和执行能力；

7. 具备基础的英语读写能力

Job Summary

Provide support to Technical Entertainment team by managing the self-operated trucks & drivers and the distribution between warehouse & resort. Primarily be responsible for developing and implementing safety training and standard transportation procedures.

Major Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the management of the company's self-operated trucks, including but not limits to the purchase of trucks and equipment, vehicle maintenance, inspection, repair and replacement procedures, vehicle accident handling, insurance claims and other matters, supervise vehicle certificates and driver's licenses, etc.

2. Manage the operation and quality control of transportation including but not limited to daily distribution task assignment, reasonably selecting the vehicle type, optimizing the route, tracking and recording the situation of each node of distribution, safe drive training, system maintenance, problem solving & feedback, etc;

3. Assist in developing standardized transportation procedure and implement in actual operation. Provides training to ensure they are properly servicing team needs of warehouse & transportation based on established requirements；

4.Responsible for on-site goods counting, difference tracking and loading time control, follow up the delivery of goods

5. Ensuring the proper functioning of all warehouse tools and equipment，Follow up the regular inspection and maintenance of all equipment for warehouse

6. Transport capacity and other daily work management to improve work efficiency and reduce operating cost；

Qualifications

1. 5 years’ experience and above in warehousing, transportation & vehicle management and driver management. Solid knowledge and well experienced in supply chain and logistics

2. Familiar with transportation policy, and be able to handle various vehicle affairs;

3. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions. Ability to edit and makeshift schedule and distribution plan based on biz request;

4. Driving B2 license or above is preferred;

5. Familiar with word, Excel and PPT and other daily office software;

6. Good service awareness and team spirit, excellent organization, communication, expression and execution ability;

7. Basic English skill is preferred
