职位描述


Responsibilities: 职责: 

  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and consultants to get testing and residential projects scheduled, staffed, executed, invoiced, and paid

  • Includes managing contracts as needed

  • Scheduling and follow-up process with clients, including correspondence

  • Ensure adherence in all offices to ERP system to enable project management, workflow, financials, receivables, inventory, and overall data-driven management

  • Arrange international shipping as needed

  • ISO Champion: liaise with ISO audit team and colleagues to ensure ISO processes are clear and followed

  • Manage physical office operations, including:

Requirements:  要求: 

  • Minimum of 3 years operations, office management, project management, executive assistant or vendor management experience
    至少3年的运营、办事处管理、项目管理、行政助理或供应商管理工作经验
  • Strong understanding of structured processes
    充分了解结构化流程
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with CRM and IT networks a plus
    精通Microsoft WordExcel;熟悉CRMIT网络
  • Friendly and inquisitive customer-oriented personality; fun, team-oriented; likes to learn and solve challenges
    个性友善,求知欲强,能够以客户为导向;为人风趣并具有团队精神;喜欢学习和应对挑战
  • Can work independently, is proactive, organized, and detail-oriented

  • Background in science a plus

  • Native Chinese speaker, excellent written business English and strong English oral fluency required

  • Experience in start-up or international company (strongly preferred)

Work hours:工作时间

  • Working hours are typically from 0930-1830 but remote weekend and night work is occasionally required
