岗位职责:

职位描述
1. 规划和睦家医疗数字化体系（包括患者客户端、互联网医院、CRM、忠诚客户计划、IOT设备等）的整体战略发展路径，组织推动产品升级，制定实施策略和计划，并进行监督
2. 负责项目管理统筹，落实项目方案细节，与各业务部门紧密配合，推动沟通、协调资源，驱动资源分配优化和问题解决
3. 拟定项目管理流程，对项目目标、进度、质量、成本等进行过程管理，确保最终结果按时高质量交付

任职资格:

任职资格
1. 约5年互联网或医疗项目管理经验，对互联网医疗行业有一定认识及浓厚兴趣，医疗+商业分析/战略复合背景优先
2. 具备良好的项目管理能力，优秀的领导统筹、目标管理、计划分析、组织协调和控制归纳能力
3. 有成功的互联网医疗产品建设、实施经验者优先
