岗位职责:

? To establish system objectives for Clinical Value Analysis teams in relation to goals set for standardization/cost reduction in physician-preference and other product categories
? Research and champion savings with a focus on utilization, waste reduction and overall cost per case reduction
? Best-demonstrated practices, product standardization/utilization initiatives among UFH hospitals.
? Assist clinical and supply chain operations as needed in implementation of new
? product/technology requests.
? Advise and facilitate implementation of appropriate practice related to supply use.
? Performs research, data analysis, and benchmarking. Develops tools, graphics,
? presentations as appropriate to improve the value analysis program and identify gaps, opportunities, action plans.
? Liaison manufacture, purchasers and clinics for products training
? Using consumable data to analyze and report standardization monthly
? Other assignment from UFH medical consumable purchasing director

任职资格:

? Bachelor's degree is Required, in Clinic Medicine or Nursing major
? Minimum five years healthcare industry experience in medical purchase and supply chain management is required.
? Good comprehension and strong sense of work flow execution and control
? Must have experience with healthcare supply chain, standardization, utilization, product
? adoption/implementation, contract management, surgical services, value analysis or change management
? Demonstrate experience with persuasiveness planning, presentation and negotiation skills
? Being Honest and strong sense of responsibility and a proactive work attitude
? Good language skills in English Chinese
? Knowledge of computer software with an intermediate skill level for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
? Knowledge of supply chain management
? The position requires strong communication and presentation skills
