The Global Financial Crimes and Customer Protections (GFC&CP) organization is responsible for detecting and preventing financial crimes, including money laundering and terrorism financing, and requires highly skilled subject matter experts to execute against key initiatives aimed at building a best-in-class financial crimes compliance function.    

As a Lead Learning Analyst on the GFC&CP Learning Enablement team, your goal is to support the execution of training for the GFC&CP investigators at GoPay. You are responsible for arranging the logistics, ensuring smooth delivery, and evaluating the efficacy of training. The Lead Learning Analyst is also tasked with management of record-keeping and audit response on behalf of the Learning Enablement Team. The Learning Analyst is the switchboard through which all learning flows; connection point between LEAP, Instructional Designers, and Learning Enablement Program Managers.

Position Responsibilities

• Scheduling of learning interventions, both asynchronous and live instructor-led sessions, for GoPay trainees.
• Administer the LMS, KMS or other technology platforms related to learning by loading content (SCORM), scheduling events and sessions, building curriculum packages, and cataloguing/maintaining the full suite of training within the overall program.
• Collaborate with the Learning Enablement leadership, instructional designers, and LEAP SMEs to ensure execution of learning interventions. Responsible for smooth onboarding of GoPay team members, reporting and communications.
• Prepare, send, and track learning assignments and communication.
• Ascertain quality evaluation trends, evaluate root cause issues, and orchestrate solutions in partnership with other Learning Enablement team members.
• Analyze and evaluate learning interventions to determine the efficacy. Provide trend-based analysis and class-by-class evaluation to the leadership team.
• Recommend enhancements to curriculum and provide feedback to instructional designers post-training.
• Liaise between the LEAP subject matter experts and the Instructional Designers to ensure
• Streamline efficiencies in training logistics, troubleshoot on-the-ground tactical issues during training sessions.
• Determine and enable systems and tools permissions for all new hire and ongoing training where required.
• Partner with Program Manager to collect reporting and metrics required for audit and examinations and synthesize management responses.
• Input records and curricula into LMS and respond to reporting inquiries in a timeline manner.
• Partner with the Enterprise LMS administrator to ensure correct permissions for all Learning Enablement team members.
• Track completion of training.
• Facilitate occasional classroom learning interventions where necessary.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, Juris Doctorate degree or equivalent, MBA would be an advantage
• Exposure to learning and development teams and systems preferred.
• Highly developed organizational and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, MS Access, Smartsheet, Tableau, or others required.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects or driving improvements to products or processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong level of initiative
• Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers and peers
• Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through
• Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure
• Ability to combine technical expertise and business understanding to create commercial benefits
