岗位职责Job Description：

1-支持国际销售团队的物料需求Support international sales team with material requirements；

2-开发技术能力强，价格好的本地供应商Develop new and special supply channels that offers advantageous pricings.

3-领导一个买家和货源团队。能够识别和培养新的人才Lead a team of buyers and sourcers. Be able to identify and train new talents.

4-提供行业趋势和更新。能够撰写周市场更新报告Provide industry trends and updates. Be able to write weekly market update reports.

5-确定库存和投机性购买的材料Identify materials for stocking and speculative buys.

任职要求Requirement：

1- 至少6年电子元器件采购经验Minimum 6 years of experience in electronic components purchasing.；

2-有广泛的供应链渠道及知识Extensive supply chain channel and knowledge.

3-跨国公司工作经验者优先Multinational experience is preferred；

4-英语听说读写流利Fluent in English（ listening, speaking, reading and writing）；

5-优秀的团队管理能力及领导技巧Excellent team management ability and leadership skills.

6-能在压力下与全球各地贸易商合作Work under pressure and collaborate with traders around the globe.

7-有库存管理知识和成本控制项目经验Knowledge of inventory management and cost saving program experience.
