职位名称：增值税开票专员（零售行业）

工作地点：上海浦东陆家嘴

工作描述

TMF是一家具有国际声誉的企业财税服务提供商，在世界83个国家和地区拥有125家办事机构。我们正在积极寻找增值税开票专员，工作地点位于客户的全国增值税发票处理中心。工作环境稳定，欧美企业文化。

工作职责

一、开具顾客申请的增值税发票

- 回复客户申请开具增值税发票的邮件

- 向客户收集开具增值税发票所需要的相关信息

- 使用电脑开票系统打印增值税发票并盖章

二、寄送发票

- 使用office系统批量打印快递单

- 将增值税发票装袋

- 联系EMS收取快递

三、统计和报表处理

- 根据要求完成制作各种表格，例如：每日/月开票总量表、发票库存表、购***统计表等。

四、发票核对与装订

- 核对发票清单

- 装订发票存根联

五、其他相关职责

- 处理红字发票

- 开具企业往来发票和电信服务费发票

- 处理红字发票

- 客户资料整理及其他事项

- 参加公司安排的业务培训

- 完成其他上级交办的重要工作
