工作内容：

1、参与公司人力资源相关制度建设；

2、负责招聘渠道的开发和维护，充分利用各种招聘渠道满足人才需求；

3、负责招聘环节的组织和管理，包括职位发布、筛选简历、邀约面试等；

4、负责公司办理入职、续签、离职手续，维护人事档案；

5、负责公司员工社保、公积金的办理；

6、负责薪酬核算和福利缴纳工作；

7、负责员工团建、培训等组织与策划；

8、负责办公用品、设备的采购及办公区管理等行政工作；

9、领导安排其他工作。

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，人力资源、工商管理等相关专业优先

2、2年以上人事工作经验，互联网行业优先

3、熟悉使用word/excel/ppt等office办公软件；

4、熟悉人力资源各个板块，在招聘、培训、薪酬福利、员工关系等、组织发展模块中有某两个或以上较为丰富的经验；

5、人际理解能力、逻辑思维、沟通能力、判断力、学习力强。
