POSITION SUMMARY

  

• To handle various tasks such as events update, data entry, documentation and coordination with overseas as assigned by the air freight (import and export) manager.

• To follow up SOP strictly and possess of sense of urgency

• To provide assistance to other stations as needed

• Able to work on from 10pm to 6am

  1. Distribute documents to the appropriate parties in a timely manner to ensure the smooth flow of export cargo.

  2. Handle billing to overseas and shipper.

  3. Tracing and following up cargo to airport to ensure prompt delivery of freight.

  4. Flight tracking and events updating to systems.

  5. To validate and complete PI exactly & timely.

  6. Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

  REQUIREMENT

  

• College or above.

• Detail oriented.

• Good communication skills.

• Good personality: highly self-motivated and responsible.

• Able to work under minimal supervision and with strong sense of self discipline.
