Job duties:

·       Manage and optimize multiple Media channels ensuring tone of voice and visual representations are consistent with brand guidelines  

·       Managing all Social Media Accounts and platforms including the company website, Weibo, WeChat official account and H5.

·       Develop Influencer strategies with a clear framework on how to discover relevant Creators, co-creation of content and performance reporting   

·       Drive the measurement and evaluation of success across all Social Media campaigns, including the sharing of information and recommendations for improvement with key business stakeholders 

·       Ensure that relevant social monitoring, social listening tools and other relevant research tools are deployed to optimize relevant and engaging content and facilitate competitor benchmarking  

·       Monitor industry trends, platform trends and competitor activity across social media and leverage such insights to drive best practice

·       Ensure robust financial management and that expenditure is in line with relevant budgets and forecasts. 

·       Create an empowered, learning work environment in which colleagues feel able to experiment, test, evaluate and learn. Inspire, motivate, mentor and develop your Team’s capabilities  

·       Proactively identify new business opportunities  

·       Responsible for building a SaaS platform to support company CRM in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

·       Identify the best media strategies to local and Mainland markets based on latest marketplace conditions, impact and historical campaign performance.

·       Accountable to measure, analyse and report on China digital media performance to identify opportunities and threats.

·       Work with PR/IR team to provide advice and solution to client.

·       Being the coordinate role in PR and other events.

 Requirement:

·       At lease 3 years of experience in Media or Communications industry.

·       Degree holder, preferably in marketing, advertising or communications.

·       Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

·       Deep understanding of Media across B2B & B2C.

·       Extensive experience in the design, delivery, optimization and measurement of innovative media strategies 

·       Strong analytical skills and financial management skills 

·       Good grasp of how businesses work, commercial acumen and understanding how media drives the business 

·       Inquisitive nature and proactive mindset combined with a strong can-do attitude  

·       Self-motivated and skillful at Html 5, Python, Linux vi / vim and java will be a plus

·       Team player and able to work under pressure
