The Project Manager serves as a Corbus PMO consultant, assigned to work on various projects with our Fortune 50 global client in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. The PM oversees the coordination of technical production and design resources (both contract and service line) and ensures the delivery of a highly effective packaging program to marketing/design teams. The role focuses on managing the client relationship and delivery of the overall project coordination of the packaging design process program.

Job Descirbition:
- Manages activities of multiple internal and external parties involved in the packaging design process (i.e. vendors, agencies, designers, suppliers, printers, manufacturers, etc.).

- Determines key project status information and presents reports to the client, as well as regularly communicating project status updates and project needs to all pertinent parties.

- Serves as the main point of contact to ensure the smooth execution of the packaging design program.

- Ensures the final product meets the approved design specifications and the design marketing strategy is implemented in a timely and effective manner.

- Analyzes project related problems or issues, researches information and resources, and suggests workable solutions.

- May participate in business development by qualifying opportunities, suggesting solutions to clients and delivering agreed-upon solutions.

- May delegate tasks and oversee the work of a Project Controller.

Requirments:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Printing Management, Packaging or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience as a Project Manager, Art Director, Design Manager, Creative Director, etc.
- Experience managing and delivering multiple projects.
- Experience working with creative agencies, design agencies and strategic vendors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
- Project management and reporting skills.
- Experience working in the consumer packaged goods industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing concepts and activities involved in packing design, package content updates, and product graphics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze a situation, create solutions and problem solve.
- Ability to work independently and as a team-player.
- Outgoing, adaptable, assertive and can-do attitude.
