Job Purpose:

工作目的

Responsibility for IC product management, IC (Infection Control) marketing activities and KOL maintain

负责感染控制部门产品管理、市场活动和部分KOL维护工作

Key duties and responsibilities: 主要职责和责任：

Product Management

1. 感控产品管理，包括相关市场资料的完善和整理，新产品上市文件包 Product portfolio management, prepare and update product materials, new product launch package and et al.

2. 市场调研及竞争对手分析 Product marketing survey and competitor analysis

3. 协助产品销售策略及市场定位 Coordinate with product sales strategy and market positioning

4. 产品培训，包括对公司销售、经销商及客户培训 Product training, including for internal sales, distributors and customers

5. 协助法规部门进行产品的注册 Cooperate with the RA dept. for product registration

6. 为销售和经销商团队提供必要的支持 Providing necessary supports to sales and distributor team

7． 经理要求的其他工作任务 Other job tasks that required by the manager

Marketing Acivities

1. 市场及相关技术资料收集，关注感控学术动态及相关学术活动 Collection of the marketing and technical materials, track the academic trends and related academic activities

2. 协调组织市场活动，如展会、学术会议、微信公众号等 Organize and cooperation of related marketing activities, Shows, conference, Wechat and et al.

3. 定期客户拜访，重要KOL维护 Conduct regular customer visits, KOL maintain

4. 经理要求的其他工作任务 Other job tasks that required by the manager

Knowledge/Skills/Experience: 知识/技能/经验

? Bachelor’s degree in engineering or medical technology related subject or above. Preferably with master degree. 工程或医疗技术专业本科或以上学历

? Preferably 1-2 years working experience in related position, product or marketing specialist in Medical Device industry and/or other technical work with related products making the candidate familiar with infection control technology and concept. Fresh graduates are acceptable. ***有相关职位2-3年工作经验，医疗器械行业产品专员及/或其他能够熟知感染控制技术和概念的相关产品的技术或市场工作优先。应届毕业生可以考虑。

? Good sense of technology development and market trends 良好的技术和市场趋势跟踪能力

? Proficient in Microsoft Office，familiar with Auto CAD 熟练掌握Microsoft Office，熟悉AutoCAD工具 Personal qualities:个人素质

? A team oriented person who shares information and supports his/her colleagues. 以团队为核心，乐于共享信息，支持同事工作

? Fluent in both Mandarin and English. 中英文表达流利

? Positive, good communicator with good networking skills and judgment. Responsible, well organized and able to work independently in fast-paced work environment. 积极乐观、善于沟通，良好的人际交往能力和判断能力。认真负责、思路清晰，做事有条理，能在快节奏的工作环境中独立工作
