生产总监
Job Summary
l Responsible for hydraulic motor and pump area including production planning, delivery, quality, cost , discipline and operation management

Job Responsibilities

l Responsible for delivery, costs and quality of hudraulic products
l Resources planning according to headcount, investment, and cost budget
l Planning and coordination new products and relocation products from lead plant in Germany
l Coming major projects:
? Ramp up of new products
? Implementation of “modul concept”
? Product relocation from leadplant
? Localization
l Leading a team of engineers as well as production operators, total Headcount up to 300 people.


Authority
l Release of orders and production related documents 订单及生产相关文件的释放
l Distribute tasks within the group and follow up 部门内任务分配及追踪
l Judgement about performance of employees including yearly review 员工表现评估包括年度评估
l Introduce improvements regarding QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) 针对质量、成本、交货提出改善方案
l Independent change of production sequence 可独立更改生产时序
l Approve ECR (Engineering Change Request)释放工程变更请求
l Enforce discinplinary measures in workshop and office 加强车间及办公室纪律措施

Qualification Requirements (Skills /Experience/ Education/Behavior)
l University education background majored in science or engineering
l Fluent English, German will be preferred
l Strong communication and negotiation skill, influential and innovative
l Strong personality in taking great pressure, insisting and initiative
l Structural and logical, planning and controlling, target and result orientation
l At least 5 years work experience in manufacturing area including engineering process and
operational management related to delivery, quality, cost and organization development
l Advanced systematic manufacturing management knowledge

研发总监

Job description (routine tasks):

Leading department of DCCN/ERE (engineering)

全面领导并发展研发团队;

Build up local engineering competence. Active support for localization.

对部门研发人员进行技术指导,负责本地化团队的技术支持;

Communication between DCCN and lead plant WitP.

负责与主厂协调;

In-depth knowledge of gearbox manufacturing processes: bearing quality steel, forging, hobbing, heat treatment and grinding.

深入了解齿轮箱生产工艺;

Build up design process formulation, design proposal, data collection and advanced technology research.

负责风电齿轮箱产品设计流程制定,方案设计, 相关参数统计及前沿技术调研;

Handle gearbox design and localization projects.

负责齿轮箱设计研发项目管理。

Professional & personal requirements:

University degree or above with Mechanical Engineering background.

机械专业本科以上学历;

Have at least 5 years project management or leading experience in gear box design and testing.

至少5年以上齿轮箱设计及产品测试方面的项目管理经验;

Familiar with gear box design standards and gear production process.

熟悉风机行业齿轮箱设计标准,对齿轮加工工艺有深入了解。

Excellent leadership and professional communicating skill.

良好的管理及沟通技巧;

Strategic thinking and dealing.

具备战略眼光和行为策略水平;

Strong power on implementation and supervision.

很强的执行与监督能力;

Good oral and written English skills;German is optional.

良好的英语口语及书写能力;会德语更佳。
