Position responsibilities:
Overall Lead Manager to champion Lean Model Line to meet the Company's objectives
Develop and identify key Lean projects and initiatives to align with company's overall business strategy
Manage key projects and update the management regularly on the progress as well as any potential obstacles which might affect the implementation
Develop Lean training materials, conduct in-house training and workshops to raise quality awareness and implement Lean Manufacturing in factory floor
Develop internal Lean Model champions and facilitators Responsible for leading the Continuous Improvement strategy and execution, Value Stream Analysis and waste reduction, leading to the establishment of Lean culture at plant wide.
Develop a training strategy to deploy the knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and also the Six-Sigma methodology.
Conduct training on Lean and Six-sigma tools and facilitate the Kaizen events with total employees involvement, drive the CI Metrics at each location working together with the CI teams.
Sharing of best practices between the sites and thru the Littelfuse regions of the World as to accelerate the learning and transformation.
Lead the CI Committee in the site and manage the priorities of the implementation process.
