Responsible for detailed research and credit analysis of bond issuers, guarantors, and industry and economic conditions for a variety of fixed income investment.

Accountabilities,

1. Prepare comprehensive and clearly written business credit applications for credit approval on a timely basis.

2. Perform ongoing analysis of the credit profile of rated corporate with prompt reporting and appropriate action to deal with irregularities. 
3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the China’s operating environment.  
4. Building and maintaining financial models, frequently including complex structures and complicated balance sheets.
5. Working closely with deal team members to ensure team’s priorities are met on an on-going basis.
6. Performance of company due diligence as part of new financing transactions, and other situations.
7. Deliver clear presentation of investment ideas at credit committees.
8. Other related tasks in the department.

Requirements,

1. University degree major in Finance or Accounting, Master degree preferred.

2. At least 5 years in credit analysis, work experience in major international credit rating agency preferred.

3. Able to write research on individual companies and industry sectors.

4. Good command of spoken and written English.

5. Be highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

原联泰大都会人寿保险有限公司于2005年8月10日在上海正式成立，公司注册资本5亿元人民币（08年追加到7亿元人民币），由上海联和投资有限公司和美国大都会集团下属公司各持50%股份组建而成。
上海联和投资和美国大都会人寿同时是总部在上海的联泰大都会人寿的股东，这样中美大都会人寿与联泰大都会人寿两家公司正式合并。合并后新公司的名称为“中美联泰大都会人寿保险有限公司”，简称“大都会人寿”。
