职位描述
- 负责公司招聘需求收集、分析；与招聘经理密切合作，明确招聘需求
- 负责整个招聘流程，包括简历筛选、初试、offer谈判、背景调查等招聘各环节
- 甄别、选择、建立和维护招聘渠道，拓展招聘途径
- 建立完善的人才供给体系，满足人才供应需求
- 与HR同事密切合作，建立/维护公司内部的人才库
- 扩大目标人才库，并与合适的候选人保持联系
- 分析评价招聘效率
- 完成上级交代的其他任务
任职要求：
- 2年以上人事招聘工作经验，熟悉各类招聘渠道
- 具备仪器行业招聘经验优先
- 较强的沟通能力
- 责任心强、耐心细致，具备良好的团队协作精神
- 大专及以上学历
- 熟练使用办公操作软件
Job Discription:
- Responsible for recruitment requirement collection and analysis；Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions.
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process, including resume screening, 1st interview, offer negotiation, background investigation and other recruitment aspects
- Identify, select, establish, maintain and expand recruitment channels
- Establish a complete talent supply system to meet the recruitment demands
- Work closely with HR Colleagues to establish/maintain internal talent pool
- Build a pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates
- Analyse and evaluate recruitment efficiency
- Other tasks assigned by superior
Skills and experience:
- At least 2 years experience in HR recruitment, familiar with various of recruitment channels
- Recruitment experience in instrument industry is preferred
- Good command of communication skill
- Strong sense of responsibility, patient and meticulous with a good team spirit
- College degree or above
- Good skills in Microsoft Office suite -- Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
