工作职责

• 与客户关键业务决策者建立和保持良好的工作关系，传达安永价值。
• 作为审计项目现场负责人为客户提供高质的审计服务和专业意见。
• 按照专业技术规范完成复杂工作底稿的编制、整理和归档工作，协助项目经理出具审计业务报告或其他法定业务报告。
• 对审计师进行有效的督导和培训，核对和指导审计师的工作程序及工作底稿等，使其达到相关技术规范要求。
• 深入了解客户的行业，识别关键业务驱动因素、业务趋势以及新兴技术和行业发展。深入了解业务和经济发展及其对客户的影响。
• 通过新的想法和解决方案创造新的商业机会。了解安永及其业务线，并使用相关知识和服务助力公司业务发展。建立公司内部和外部的长期关系网络，协助公司推广和获取业务。
• 上级或公司安排的其他工作。

职位要求

• 会计或者其他相关专业本科或以上学历。
• 3-5年的会计师事务所审计或相关业务/行业工作经验。
• 具有优秀的中英文写作及口语表达能力。
• 良好的客户服务态度，团队合作意识强。
• 熟悉办公软件的使用。
• 能承受高强度的工作压力。
• 适应国内出差。

理想人选

• 持有中国注册会计师CICPA证书和美国注册会计师AICPA证书优先。
• 出色的沟通能力和项目管理能力。
• 在以往工作中表现出色。
• 有编程能力者优先。
