· Follow up the delivery of purchase order, emergency materials, etc., to ensure timely arrival

负责跟进采购订单、紧急物料等的交付进度，确保按时到达

· Coordinate with suppliers to prepare for shipment according to company requirements

协调供应商按公司要求进行货物发运准备

· Responsible for following up the warehouse to handle the warehousing procedures of the delivered materials in time.

负责跟进仓库及时办理已交物料入库手续，                                                                                                                            · Be responsible for the account transactions with suppliers, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the billing data submitted

负责与供应商的账务往来，确保提交财务的账单数据的正确性与及时性

· Complete other work on purchasing orders as assigned by purchasing supervisor

完成采购主管交办的其他关于采购跟单的工作

? Manufacturing enterprise background preferred

制造型企业工作背景优先

? At least two years Purchasing related function in FOE

两年及以上外资企业采购相关工作经验

? MHave sheet metal parts purchasing background, can read simple drawings

有钣金件采购背景，能看懂简单图纸

· Strong interpersonal skills
