The Inventory Control intern position will be located in Xiamen, China. The role will be responsible for having a basic knowledge of factory or 3rd party logistics, production flow, and inventory control processes. The successful candidate should be able to support data analysis and audit to ensure the accuracy of inventory transaction and accountability of the inventory control process.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to support financial analysis of inventory data, interpret trends and identify process improvements
• Perform system to system reconciliation to ensure smooth inventory transaction
• Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry.
• Ability to audit and monitor 3PL vendors in accordance with the Inventory Control Global Policy
• Perform UAT testing on new system installations

Essential Requirements

• Master degree with major or knowledge in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance & Accounting or IT.
• Strong business acumen, data analysis oriented, logic thinking. Financial background is an advantage.
• Good written & oral English. Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Excellent MS office software including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Collaboration with team member, sense of responsibility & willing to take up challenges.
