Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensures all related Project Reporting and Cost Controlling activities are accurate and effective in compliance with SGRE-FRG and local GAAP requirements.
• Supports the Project Manager (PM) that the financial results according to set targets are managed with due professional care and optimizes the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments.
• Together with PM to prepare and provide forecast report monthly
• Actively support the PM in solving of commercial related issues either internally or externally.
• Together with the PM proactively setting up a contract and claim management in the project, including involvement and cooperation with the assigned contract manager.
• Supports the PM in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor above, graduate from finance or accounting or business administration major.
• More than 2 years working experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlling.
• Have skills in SAP in Project Management and Financial Controlling module
• Have good working knowledge in POC accounting
