Job Responsibility

·       Drive the documentation of best in class processes and support the regional head in ensuring that the relevant KPIs/PPIs/DPIs are defined, described and implemented pr. function according to the globally agreed standard defined in close collaboration with the Global BI team.

·       Monitor and evaluate the Process performance through the Performance measurements (KPI+PPI’s), and perform other Process self-assessments/Audits.

·       Perform continuous improvement activities or event of regional processes

·       Drive the Process mind-set and behavior in the organization, and be a role model for the organization

·       Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Other responsibilities or tasks assigned by supervisor

  

Qualification Required

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3+ years' working experience in lean or CI (Continuous Improvement) function
• Solid understanding of end to end supply chain management process
• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Sound data analytical skills and expert at Excel/PowerPoint
• Target oriented, persistent, team player and CI mindset
• Expert at Excel and Power BI tools
• 6 sigma black belt is preferred
• Working experience in Wind Industry or Service Business Unit is a plus
