RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

--Document verification, all import & export documents will be checked to match data in system and match guideline - 30%

--Monitoring daily operation to make sure SOP been followed - 30%

--Responsiveness to daily communication - 10%

--Develop business with assigned targets/clients - 10%

--Proactive approach to communicate and resolve operations problems - 10%

--Vendor performance improvement monthly or annual review - 10%

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS

--Education：College or above (Business administration / commercial background preferred)

--Job Experience：One year or above (International Freight Forwarding / International Trading preferred)

--Knowledge and Skills：

Freight forwarding fundamental knowledge

Both written and oral English skill

Stable personality, good communication skill, team work spirit

--Desirable Job Competencies：

Able to manage daily operation work for both import and export (air & sea)

Capable of independently problem solving
