职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Independently achieve a minimum amount of new business revenue with focus on recurring revenue streams with adequate profit margins for the company. Specific details will be discussed in individual and sales team KPIs;
· Actively develop new clients, prospects and business opportunities and be responsible for managing a sales pipeline;
· Develop and maintain key relationships with professional channels within the local and designated international market such as international and PRC law firms, banks, CPA firms, tax advisors, chambers of commerce, etc.;
· Identify and optimize new opportunities for business growth and development within the relevant business lines in China to ensure continued success and expansion of the business;
· To develop and build feeder networks and effective relationships to maximize opportunities for cross referrals within the PRC offices, and as well as other TMF offices globally;
· Working closely with the DCS and respective Service Lines to prepare proposals and client pitches;
· Contribute to marketing and thought leadership activities;
· Create development plans for large client accounts;
· Provide market feedback regarding competitive offerings, and to generate development ideas that would drive revenue growth and new business intake;
· Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators;
· Independently arrange, lead and/or participate in internal and external professional intermediary or end-client meetings;

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
· Degree in Accounting or Law (preferred), with strong experience in sales or business development;
· Preferably a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant working experience in trust & corporate services, business development, sales, corporate advisory, legal, accounting, or relevant industries/functions;
· Good network with leading legal and accounting firms, banks, funds and chambers of commerce/associations;
· General interest in international structuring, tax, finance/capital markets, corporate services, compliance and administration services;
· Entrepreneurial in thinking with a keen commercial sense;
· Target driven and keen to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment;
· Proactively maintains a network of intermediaries and clients.
· Participates in and initiates marketing events;
· Moves quickly to take advantage of commercial opportunities.
