Responsibilities and Duties  

Leads a team of Presales Managers. Manages, coaches, supports and develops Presales team to deliver budgets according to defined Project Management policies, SBA guidelines, programs and standards.

* Coordinates overall planning of projects and decides on allocation of presales resources.

* Maintains constant communication to sales, outside contractors or other stakeholders.

* Monitors continuously the status of all assigned sales projects, and supports the accountable Presales Managers.

* Manages consolidation and completion of PM CNS/LOG/BOP budget plannings for all sales projects, and ensures related reportings.

* Ensures that lessons learned implements and quality standards for Project Management processes are met at all times.

* Initiate improvements and ensures appropriate PM workflow environment.

* May clarify cases as an escalation point.

* Acts as contact for CRO PR related to SBA

Qualifications    

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrics & Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years' management working experience in presales project.
• Wind power industry is required.
