This position will start with a one-year contract, but is possible to transfer to long-term contract if performance is excellent.

General mission:

The junior financial analyst plays a role of financial analysis in supporting finance manager or financial controller for various finance reports, as well as providing a daily support for finance department. 

Key responsibilities: 

1.Prepare weekly,monthly, quarterly and yearly generation of different commercial reports (by BU/sales representatives/product analysis/customer analysis/by channel etc.) through our ERP system and analysis of the results. 

2. Assist in implementation of commercial KPIs (customer opening, order frequencies etc.…).

3. Prepare monthly management reports (POS, sample, label, commercial staff profitability etc.)

4. Prepare the detail data for monthly financial analysis

5. Assist in drafting financial analysis report

6. Performing margin analysis

7. Calculate commercial team commission

8. Other missions assigned by line manager

Requirements : 

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Minimum of 1-2 years experiences in finance or accounting

3. Advanced English language skills, French is a plus
