• Responsible for the project start-up issues.

• Actively engages himself in supporting customers when installing and starting up of pumps supplied by Andritz.

• Develops intense friendly relationships with the customer’s maintenance personnel.

• Provides the necessary support to the customer regarding aftermarket – service activities and spare part planning efforts.
• 向客户提供必要的售后服务工作，协助客户做好备件计划。
• Provides the necessary technical support for the customer regarding the provision of the spare parts and advises the customer in all question related to the operation of the pumps.
• 为客户提供泵操作及备件方向的技术支持及解决方案。
• Provides product presentations to the customers.

• Chinese and English

Experience Requirements:

Working years/Similar position or function/Industry

• More than 2 years’ experience regarding pumps.

• MS office products, Word, Excel, PPT
