职位描述
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:
1.Support managers and directors on project-managing and execution of M&A transactions (due diligence);
2.Assist in preparing pitch documents such as proposals, teasers and information memorandum;
3.Conduct market research and target searching;
4.Compile financial models and provide valuation analysis;
5.Work in conjunction with various professional advisors, including lawyers, to facilitate the preparation of Letters of Intent, terms sheets and sale and purchase agreements etc;
6.Perform financial analysis and review on client companies;
7. Participate in meetings among clients, counterparts and various professionals and provide
8.Support to the client in the negotiations.
9.Participate in business development events with director in charge.
JOB REGUIREMENTS职位要求:
1.Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction service and management consulting, private equity, venture capital or in-house M&A activities;
2.Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance, economics, business or related disciplines;
3.Hands-on in unraveling commercial complexities;
4.Good business sense and commercial awareness; Well dressed;
5.Self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
6.Willing to travel a must;
7.Excellent MS Office skills (including Excel, PowerPoint);
8.Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English (must) and Chinese;
9.CFA, CICPA or other professional qualifications;
