Job Title: System Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
?Responsible for Pre-sales and Post-sales support including troubleshooting with Range of testing equipment
?Collect and understand market situations and competitive information
?Build customized solution for individual customer to meet their requirements
?Conduct technical and product operation training
?Identify and target new business opportunities
?Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular visits
?Responsible for Bidding Doc editing
?Work with Account Manager to achieve sales targets
?Work with Business Development Team to provide up to day product introduction and solution presentation
?Frequent customer visits for Product presentation and equipment demonstration.
Job Requirements:
?Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications or Electronic Engineering 3-5 years’ experience in data communication industry.
?Experience in TCP/IP network, Security relative field, Experience in using network tester is a plus.
?Familiar with at least 2 of the following areas:
?IP network(Routing\Switching\Access\EVPN\SegmentRouting)
?WIFI6
?L4-7 network & Security (HTTP\SSL\IPSec\DNS\SMTP)
?SDN/NFV/Virtualization
?4G/ 5G core network
?Testing Automation
?Key account management experience preferred.
?Ability to focus on detail while prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
?Passionate working in a Pre-sales team.
?Presentation skills; high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
?High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations.
?A team player and self-starter with strong organization skills
?Solid English communication skills
