Job Description/工作职责：

  

1. Support with spare parts sales, quotation, and contract drafting

  

支持备件销售、报价和合同起草；

  

2. Responsible for tracking and follow up spare parts shipment

  

负责跟踪和跟进备件发货状况；

  

3. Cooperate effectively with internal and external parties, e.g. service team, finance department, to ensure that whole process of spare parts sales is smoothly completed

  

与内部和外部各方有效合作，例如服务团队、财务部门，确保零配件销售全过程的顺利完成；

  

4. Support to prepare and check required reports

  

协助准备并检查所需的报告；

  

5. Support service team with administrative tasks, e.g. service reports filing, service team reimbursement.

  

为服务团队提供行政支持，例如服务报告收集整理，团队报销

  

6. Service order distribution, invoice menagement and SAP data maintaining.

  

服务订单派工，录入，开票等

  

7. Order payment tracking.

  

货款的追踪

  

8. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior

Requirements/职位要求：

  

1. 2-3 years’ working experience in order management position；SAP operation experience is preferrable

  

具有2-3年左右的订单管理工作经验者；会SAP者优先

  

2. Excellent communication and coordination skills in dealing with different parties

  

具备出色的与各方交涉的沟通与协调能力；

  

3. Self-motivated, resilient, and detail-oriented personality

  

具备积极上进、适应力强、认真仔细的个性；

  

4. Good proficiency of both written and spoken English

  

良好的英语书面和口语能力

  

5. Excellent in Microsoft office (Excel, Work, Power point)
