Qualification Required :
l Bachelor degree;
l Independently, well-organized;
l Sense of responsibility and good team player;
l Good communication and interpersonal skills;
l Knowledge of incoterms;
l Able to work under pressure and meet the deadline;
l Customer oriented with good service attitude;
l Fluent in writing and speaking English & mandarin;
Experience Expected :
l 3 years or above experience of customer service or sales coordinator, with prior working experience in industrial product or technical service is an advantage;
l MS office(word, Excel, Power point), Oracle operation is an advantage

Job Duties :
l Prepare Sales Quotation including price calculation; Release Sales order; Record Sales order;
l Follow up customers’ enquiry related to sales quotation and tendering issue;
l Follow up goods receipt with customer; Follow up payment schedule with customers; Chase customer payment; Handle customer credit search; Handle customers’ enquiry;
l Chase principals for direct sales commission; Prepare manual documents for L/C payment collection;
l Chopping for signed sales contract and filing the singed contracts;
l Deliver VAT invoice and follow up missing VAT invoice;
l Create and maintain product master; create and maintain price list;
l Manage daily summary for goods dispatch; handle goods packing for delivery; handle oracle for goods picking and confirmation; confirm the shipment to customer;
l Update work-in-progress schedule;
l Record trading AP invoice and Monitor trading Account Payable; Update AR action plan and watch list; Notify GFA for AR settlement; handle petty cash;
l Fixed Assets taking; Prepare requisition of Fixed Assets and Stationery;
l Working closed with sales team to complete the sales orders after the contract signed towards the payment collection.
