Main Tasks:

1. Responsible for achieving sales budgets for the online store

2. Setup, manage and operate online store of industrial products

3. Develop and maintain online product catalog and price lists

4. Manage order fulfilment, product delivery, refunds and new customer registration

5. Provide online and offline support to customers in the areas of product enquiry, payment and logistics

6. Plan, execute and review online sales campaign

7. Analyse, report and forecast monthly and annual sales volume

8. Analyse and report online customer characteristics, behaviour and preferences

9. Keep updated on latest e-commerce development in the market

10. Introduce enhancement opportunities for the online store

Requirements

1. Degree holder in business/marketing/e-commerce or related fields

2. Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written & spoken

3. At least 5 years of sales management experience

Knowledge And Skills;

1. Solid experience in B2B/channel sales management experience, online sales experience is highly preferred

2. Experience in managing direct and indirect staff

3. Understanding of web technology, e-payment, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, SEO and social media preferred

4. Have MNC and/or industrial experience will be an advantage

5. Commercially minded and sound presentation skills

6. Attentive to details, well-organised and multi-tasks with good time management

7. Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus

8. Good analytical and problem solving skills

9. Energetic and positive attitude with innovative mindset
