职位描述
Responsibilities / Duties:
1. Well dressed, good hospitality to prospects
2. Answer the question from prospects
3. To meet the monthly sales target set by sales manager
4. Present products and option features and their application to customers
5. Make car ordering for customers according to customer's requirement, and recommend to and help customers with options choosing
6. Recommend T-equipment, exclusive, selections to customers during car ordering
7. Provide test driving to customers, and help customers to know cars better
8. Carrying out sales interviews successfully, and sign contracts with customers effectively
9. Make proper car delivery schedule upon alert from sales coordinator. Contact customers in time to arrange delivery
10.Communicate with sales coordinator and workshop to ensure complete PDI car delivery procedures and punctual car delivery
11.Delivery cars to customers in Porsche standard and complete payment settlement and car registration for customers. Follow up afterwards to get feedback
12. Regular contact maintenance with customers
13. Determination of target groups and gain prospects through different channels
14. Regular sales report and complaint report to sales manager
15. Ensuring that tools (display cars, PC etc.) are in working order and that enough material (catalogues etc.) is available, and maintain the clean working environment in the showroom
16. Continuous further training in Porsche products and services, market and sales knowledge
17. Engaging in marketing campaign and daily operations so as to ensure the customer service quality
18.Keep customer relationship and inform customers with related activities
19. Follow the SOP and complete every needed tasks and documents on time
20. Strictly complying the restriction of cross-selling
21. Strictly complying the restriction of sub-dealer retail
Major Requirement:
1. At least 3 years car sales experience in multi-national company
2. Bachelor degree or similar related certification and qualification above major in marketing
3. Excellent interpersonal ability and good command on English and computer skills
4. Self-confident, self-motivated, patient and customer oriented
5. A willingness to learn and identify Porsche philosophy and image
6. Extensive knowledge of market and service structure in the Chinese vehicle environment;
7. Strong negotiating skills
8. Excellent communication skills
