1.design and optimize assembly process for new project (MTM-UAS / process flow / PFMEA / Control plan )

2.equipment development and commissioning

 -write accurate and specific specifications for facilities , equipment , fixture and so on

 -develop and manage the direct supplier

 -equipment acceptance

 -machine capability study

 -focus on lean process , continuous improvement 

 -AGV system experience( production carrier or logistic warehouse) 

 -Auto screwing system

3.layout creation (CAD)

   

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, material science & engineering or technician with minimal 3 years design experience

    

- JIT/JIS delivery experience

    

- With Daimler / VW / Tesla sub-component relevant project experience
