Aim / purpose of the job:

Cooperate with the regional distributor team to achieve all kinds of sales targets; complete the visit, maintenance and management of pet shops and pet hospitals as required; keep good product display of terminal stores to enhance VB brand image; complete the training of pet hospitals and pet shops as required; actively do a good job in the sales and promotion of VB products; keep a good relationship with KOL, industry associations and key customers, actively cooperate with regional managers and sales supervisors to carry out all kinds of work, keep close cooperation with marketing, technical and other departments, timely collect and feedback valuable market information and provide reasonable opinions or suggestions, complete all kinds of reports on time with high quality.

与所辖区域经销商团队配合协作并确保达成各类销售目标;按要求完成宠物店及宠物医院拜访、维护、管理;积极做好终端门店的产品陈列,提升维克品牌形象;按要求完成宠物医院及宠物店培训工作;积极做好维克产品的销售和推广工作;与所辖区域意见领袖、行业协会及重点客户保持良好的合作关系;积极配合大区经理、销售主管开展各项工作;与市场、技术及其他部门保持密切合作;及时收集、反馈有价值的市场信息并提出合理的意见或建议;按时并高质量地完成各类报表。

Area of accountability #1: Responsible for customer development, maintenance, management, sales channel development, achieve all kinds of sales targets. 负责客户开发、维护、管理,销售渠道的发展,达成各类销售目标。

Main activities:

主要职责:

  • Make reasonable work plan, visit customers regularly, maintain key customers, develop new customers, category development, customer inventory management; 制定合理的工作计划、定期拜访客户、重点客户维护、开发新客户、品类发展、客户库存管理。

  • Set up the marketing activities in the area, and achieve all kinds of sales targets, such as sell out, category, etc; 制定所辖区域的市场活动,完成出库、品类等各类销售目标。

  • Keep good cooperation with regional KOL, industry associations and key customers; 与所辖区域意见领袖、行业协会及重点客户保持良好的合作关系。

  • Cooperate with the distributors team to complete the customer orders, and ensure the distributors achieve the market share, SKU and other sales targets; 与经销商团队协作,完成客户订单,确保经销商达成铺市率、SKU等各类销售目标。

  • According to the requirements of RSM and sales supervisors, actively explore new sales channels, take the demand of VB business development as the only goal, and do not deliberately hinder or delay the development of VB business for the benefit of distributors and person; 按照大区经理及销售主管的要求,积极开拓新的销售渠道,以VB生意发展的需求为***的目标,不得为了经销商利益或个人的私利故意阻碍或延缓VB生意的发展。

  • Timely coordinate and deal with all kinds of customer complaints, and actively cooperate with other departments to collect necessary information. 及时协调、处理各类客户抱怨和投诉,并积极配合其他部门收集必要的信息。

Area of accountability #2: Distributor team cooperation经销商团队协作。

Main activities :

主要职责:

  • Cooperate with distributors team to use and manage marketing tools; 与经销商团队协作完成市场工具的管理与使用。

  • Understand the flow of goods of distributors, and master the purchase, sell out and inventory of distributor; 了解经销商货物流向,掌握所辖区域经销商的进销存情况。

  • Complete the training of product knowledge and sales skills of distributors team; 完成经销商团队产品知识及销售技巧的培训。

  • Collect, handle and feedback all kinds of sales and market problems reported by distributors in time; 及时收集、处理、反馈经销商报告的各类销售和市场问题。

  • It is strictly forbidden to provide inferior service to customers, and it is not allowed to ignore or offend customers so as to affect VB image. The RSM and sales supervisors shall organize distributors to give feedback regularly or irregularly. 严禁对客户提供劣质服务,不得忽视或冒犯客户从而影响公司形象,由大区经理及高级代表定期或不定期组织经销商进行反馈。

Area of accountability #3: Collect and analyze all kinds of data regularly. 定期采集和分析各类数据。

Main activities :

主要职责:

  • Collect all kinds of data related to sales in the region, and submit the real data report on time every month; 每月收集所辖区域与销售相关的各类数据,每月按时提交真实的数据表。

  • Analyze the data of main customers in the region every quarter; 每季度对所辖区域主要客户数据进行分析。

  • Collect all kinds of data of distributors every month and form analysis report every quarter; 每月收集所辖经销商的各类数据,每季度形成分析报告。

  • Regularly update the sales forecast of the region as required. 按要求定期更新所辖区域的销售预估。

    Expected results: through data analysis, we can achieve and exceed all kinds of sales targets. 预期结果:通过数据分析能够很好地完成并超额完成各类销售目标。

    Area of accountability #4: Finish all kinds of high quality reports on time按时完成各类高质量报告。

    Main activities :

    主要职责:

  • Daily visit sign in records, and submit the written and photo records; 每日拜访签到记录,并提交相应的文字和照片记录。

  • Submit weekly report and business trip application every Friday as required, and reply to the comments of weekly report; 按照要求每周五提交周报及出差申请,并对于周报点评进行对应的回复。

  • Submit the monthly travel plan at the beginning of each month. The weekly work plan shall be the same with the monthly work plan. If it needs to be changed, it shall be implemented after the application is approved in advance; 每月初提交月度行程计划,周工作计划不得与月度工作计划冲突,如需要变动需提前申请得到批复后执行。

  • Submit pet shop and pet hospital cases at the beginning of each month; 每月初提交宠物店及宠物医院案例。

  • Timely collect and feedback valuable market information and provide reasonable opinions or suggestions;及时收集、反馈有价值的各类市场信息并提出合理的意见或建议。

  • Submit all kinds of reports by other departments as required; 按照要求提交其他部门所需的各类报表。

  • The quality of all reports will be linked to the next year's salary adjustment. 所有报告的质量将与次年薪资调整挂钩。

  • According to the requirements, carry out the training meeting in pet hospital and pet shop; 按照公司要求,开展宠物医院及宠物店院内培训会。

  • Cooperate with Technical Department to carry out club, round table and other training meetings. 与技术部同事配合,开展俱乐部、圆桌会以及其他各种培训会议。

    Area of accountability #6: Product display and marketing tools usage产品陈列及市场工具的运用。

    Main activities :

    主要职责:

    Ensure that VB products are well displayed in terminal stores; 确保维克产品在终端门店保持良好的陈列。

    Reasonably use all kinds of market tools to ensure that all market tools are put into terminal store; 合理运用各类市场工具,确保市场工具全部投放使用到终端门店。

    Feedback photos of product display and marketing tools usage daily as required. 按要求每天照片反馈产品陈列及市场工具使用照片。

    Expected results: finish the above work on time and with high quality. 预期结果:按时、高质量地完成上述工作。

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE职位要求:

    Academic学历:

  • Bachelor degree or above. 本科及以上学历


Professional专业:

  • Major in animal medicine or animal science is preferred;动物医学及动物科学专业毕业优先考虑;

  • More than 1-3 years of FMCG sales experience, more than 1 year working experience in pet industry related companies is preferred.1-3年以上快速消费品销售经验。有宠物行业相关公司1年以上工作经验为佳;

Others其它:

  • Honest, responsible, good team spirit.诚实,有责任心。
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and coordination skills.有良好的团队合作精神及良好的沟通技巧。
