Global IT process consultant Purchase-To-Pay

• SAP *** expert knowledge (5+ years) with focus on IT functional/process consultancy in following areas:
• SAP *** – Material Management (Purchasing)
• SAP *** – Consumption Based Planning/ MRP
• Intermediate knowledge within
• SAP LE – Logistics Execution (Transportation)
• SAP ***-IM – inventory management
• SAP ***-IV-LIV – invoice verification
• Intercompany/Cross-company processes
• Beneficial knowledge of:
• S/4 HANA
• SAP WM (Warehouse Management)
• SAP Ariba or other purchasing platforms
• ITIL process know-how with focus on incident and change management
• Ticket systems (e.g. ServiceNow)

• Track record of international projects/SAP implementation projects incl. mergers and acquisitions
• Profound Microsoft Office skills
• Required languages: English (very good/fluently)
• Willing to travel abroad to a certain degree for key user trainings and SAP implementation projects

About the job

• As a global IT process consultant (focus SAP ***) in the field of purchase-to-pay you will be a linking part between stakeholders in the purchasing organization and the IT operations/software development team. Your focus lies on governing purchasing and material management processes in SAP which includes analyzing processes, developing new or improving existing processes together with global business process experts and programming experts, worldwide process roll-out, training of key users and 2nd level support (request and incident management).

Your tasks will include:

• Supporting and assisting Key Users in the purchasing organization in their daily business.
• Contribution to SAP Roll-Out and implementation projects in order to ensure a stable running system and successful handover to the purchasing departments.
• Coordinate the change management process in SAP in alignment with the software development teams.
