职位目标 Position Target

l  负责管理所属门店的销售业绩，完成每月每年销售目标 Sales target achievement of the responsible stores

l  负责管理和指导店长绩效工作表现并定期考核 Supervising and coaching the performance of the shop supervisors

l  在门店提升店铺服务，带领店长和店员做好客户满意度以及扩大新客户范围, Enhance the shop service and brand image, improve the customer experience

职责范围 Job Description

1)     业务发展 Business Development:

l  指导和带领销售团队一起完成每月销售目标.Lead the team to achieve the monthly sales target

l  监督和检查门店客户档案、维护客户关系和,有效发展和稳固新客户的满意度.并指导解决客户投诉 CRM supervising and enhance, deal with customer complaint

l  与市场部团队紧密合作.有效监督店铺执行公司市场活动 In-store and other event support

l  与现有以及新开店铺直接楼层主管/楼层经理建立良好的合作沟通关系,及时有效的传达公司最新的政策和信息 Good relationship and communication with the landlord operation team

l  新开店准备与执行New store opening preparation and execution

2)     汇报和回顾 Report and Review

l  完成每周周报告与分析汇报（包括销售业绩分析，与所属门店店长开会分析和回顾）Weekly meeting with shop supervisors for sales figures monitoring and review

l  完成每月销售预测和上月业绩分析. 完成季度,半年度,全年度销售业绩分析 Monthly sales forecast and sales review by monthly, quarterly and annually

l  定期与员工回顾工作表现（包括业绩表现以及日常工作表现） Performance review with shop staff

l  及时有效汇报一线市场的表现和市场现状 Timely report of the market development

3)     管理团队 Team Management

l  维护良好的团队合作精神,并协助店长管理团队 Good team work and assist shop supervisors to manage team

l  提高销售团队积极性 Team motivation

l  明确清晰的工作目标 Clear work target

l  组织销售培训机制,并亲自培训店长并协助培训店员 Arrange training to the sales staff and assist the shop supervisors to train staff

l  一线零售管理和监督（接待态度,陈列,卫生等）Supervising store daily operation

4)     职业道德 Professional Ethics

l  完全执行和遵守公司的各项规定,政策等 Comply with company regulations and policy

l  在任何场合,维护和提高公司品牌形象和知名度 Protect and enhance brand image in all circumstance
